1. Not a broker-dealer

Wall Street Capital is a technology company, not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. We do not provide brokerage services, hold customer funds, or execute trades.

Brokerage services, custody, order execution, clearing, and settlement are provided by our SIPC-member brokerage partner. Your brokerage account is held at that partner, in your name.

2. SIPC coverage

Securities in your brokerage account are protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) up to $500,000, of which up to $250,000 may be for cash claims, subject to SIPC rules.

SIPC protection does not protect against market losses. It protects against the failure of a brokerage firm and missing assets held by that firm. SIPC does not protect against fraud committed by you or on your behalf.

Wall Street Capital itself is not SIPC-insured, because it does not hold customer securities.

3. No FDIC insurance

Wall Street Capital is not a bank. Funds in your brokerage account are not covered by FDIC insurance, and no bank guarantee applies.

4. Market data

Market data displayed on the platform is provided by our brokerage partner (IEX feed) and by third parties. Data may differ from the consolidated tape and may be delayed. We do not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of any market data.

5. Charting and analysis

Charts and market overviews are provided by TradingView and other third-party providers. Wall Street Capital does not control the data feed or the analytical tools offered by those providers.

6. Investing risk

All investing involves risk. The value of your investments can go down as well as up. You may receive back less than you invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment before you place an order.
