Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wall Street Capital ("the platform", "we", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What Wall Street Capital is

Wall Street Capital is a technology company. We provide a software interface that allows you to access brokerage services provided by our SIPC-member partner. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or bank.

Brokerage services — including custody, order execution, clearing, and settlement — are provided by our brokerage partner. Your brokerage account is held at that partner, in your name.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Complete identity verification through our brokerage partner
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of the platform would violate local law

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access

You may not share your account with any other person or use it on behalf of anyone else.

4. Investments and risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

5. Fees

We do not charge commissions on US equities and ETFs. Regulatory fees, wire transfer charges, and any third-party processing fees are passed through at cost. Our current fee schedule is available on request.

6. Prohibited activity

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operations
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform except as we expressly permit
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any outstanding obligations.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Street Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wall Street Capital is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
